2018: The Year of Better Sleep

Sleep is now recognised as the third pillar of health, along with a balanced diet and regular exercise, but four in 10 Aussies, and one in four Kiwi’s are not getting enough sleep.

So if sleep is so important, why is it one of the first things we’re willing to sacrifice as the demands in our lives increase? We continue to be more health conscious in our eating habits, exercising and lifestyle choices, but many of us overlook the impact of sleep on our overall health.
