AH Beard is one with the entire world in observing World Sleep Day 2015

13 March 2015 marks the observance of World Sleep Day, an annual occasion sponsored by the World Association of Sleep Medicine that aims to raise awareness of the importance of sleep to health. It also encourages further research and innovation in the field of sleep science.

Sleep disorders affect 45% of the world population and is considered a global epidemic. Almost all sleep disorders are preventable and treatable, yet only one third of the sufferers seek professional help.

We understand the impact a good night’s sleep can have on your life, and proud to mark the occasion with the return of the A.H.Beard 6 Week Sleep Challenge commencing Monday, 16 March 2015. Supported by Sleep Scientist Dr Carmel Harrington, it’s our unique way of spreading awareness and help those who want to improve the quality of their sleep.

Participants will receive weekly challenges with tips and advice to build solid sleep habits.
